Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Wha.life offers digital "Link Credits" and Premium Plans. Once a credit is consumed or a plan is activated, the service is considered "delivered" and is generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Technical failure on our platform that prevents you from using your purchased credits for more than 48 hours.
  • Accidental purchase (if requested within 24 hours and NO credits have been used).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to ashish@wha.life with your transaction ID and reason. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your future subscription at any time via your dashboard. However, previously purchased one-time credits do not expire and cannot be "canceled" for a cash refund unless eligible under Section 2.
