By accessing and using Wha.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Wha.life provides a tool to generate custom WhatsApp links, QR codes, and provide analytics for those links. We do NOT provide messaging services ourselves; we facilitate the creation of links that open the WhatsApp application.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content of the messages they pre-fill in their links. Use of Wha.life for spam, harassment, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the account and deletion of all links.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, brands, and logos on Wha.life are the property of Ashish Kirodiwal and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wha.life is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, including link failures, data loss, or WhatsApp account bans resulting from user misuse.
